We're a new shop. We don't have customer reviews yet, and we're not going to invent any.
Plenty of stores our age have hundreds of glowing five-star reviews. Ours has none, because nobody has bought from us yet. When that changes you'll see the real ones — including the unflattering ones.
Until then, here's what you can check for yourself.
The price you see is the price
No crossed-out "was" prices. No countdown timers. No "only 2 left" counters. Look around the site — you won't find one, because a made-up original price is just a lie with a line through it. When we run a sale it has a real end date.
We tell you delivery is slow, before you pay
Our products ship from our overseas supplier. Delivery within the US takes 2–4 weeks, tracked from the day it ships. That's on every product page, above the buy button, and again at checkout. It's slower than Amazon. It's how the prices stay where they are.
If you need something this week, we're genuinely not the right shop — and we'd rather say so than take your order.
We don't make health claims
These are personal-care wellness products, not medical devices. We won't tell you anything is "clinically proven" or "medical-grade," and we don't claim our products treat, cure or prevent anything. Where a product carries a limitation, it's written on the product page under "What to expect" — not buried in a footnote.
You'll notice our product pages tell you what things don't do. Our earplugs don't create silence. Our cooling pillow isn't air conditioning. Our sleep mask does nothing about noise.
The guarantee starts when it arrives
90 days from delivery, not from the day you ordered — so a slow shipment doesn't quietly eat a month of your guarantee. If it doesn't earn its ten minutes, email us and we'll refund you.
About our product images
Our product images are digitally created illustrations, not photographs of our stock. We are a new shop and we have not yet photographed the items ourselves. Each image is generated from the manufacturer's specifications to show the item and how it is used.
What that means in practice: the written specifications on the product page are the accurate description of what you will receive, and the images are an illustration of it. Colours, finish and small design details on the item you receive may differ from the illustration. We never use images to suggest a result, a before-and-after, or an outcome of any kind.
We are replacing these with our own photographs, product by product, as we photograph our stock. Every product carries a 90-day money-back guarantee — if what arrives isn't what you expected from the written description, send it back.
