Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $70.00 or more. Orders under $70.00 ship for a flat rate of $8.00. Express handling is available at checkout for $15.00.

Delivery time

Standard: typically 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is dispatched. Express: typically 1 to 2 weeks. Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partners, which is how we keep prices well below retail — but it does mean delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. Every order ships with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. The delivery windows above begin once your order is dispatched.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 3-7 days after dispatch for the first tracking scans to appear.

Delays

Customs processing, carrier backlogs and peak seasons can push delivery beyond the windows above. If your order passes 5 weeks with no tracking movement, contact us and we will either replace it or refund you in full.
