Deep Tissue Massage Gun Pro – 6 Speeds, 4 Heads
A full-size percussion massager with six speeds and four heads — the one you keep at home, next to the pocket-sized one you keep in your bag.
How it works
A brushless motor drives the head between 1800 and 3200 percussions per minute, set across six speeds on a touchscreen on the body. Four interchangeable heads cover different jobs: a ball for large muscle groups, a flat head for broad areas, a bullet for pinpoint spots, and a fork for either side of the spine. Rechargeable, and quiet enough to use in a room with other people in it.
How it feels
Rapid, deep tapping rather than kneading. Speed one is genuinely gentle; the top speeds are strong enough that most people never need them. On a tight quad the first thirty seconds are intense, then it settles.
A ten-minute session
- Charge before the first use.
- Pick the head for the job — ball for quads and glutes, fork either side of the spine, bullet only on a knot you can point at.
- Keep it moving: 60–90 seconds per muscle group, never parked on one spot.
- Ten minutes covers both legs and your upper back.
What to expect
This is a comfort and recovery tool, not a treatment for an injury. Use it on muscle only — avoid bone, joints, the front of the neck, and anything bruised or swollen. The bullet head concentrates a lot of force into a small area; start slow with it. If you have an injury or a circulatory condition, talk to a clinician before using it.
